This project will provide 213 units of housing for local farming families displaced by new development. The project site is adjacent to a new waterfront cultural district with museum designed by Tadao Ando. The scope is the design of two affordable, high-efficiency unit types that are comparable to market rate units. Unit ‘A’ is 100 m2 and unit ‘B’ is 150 m2. Each unit contains a front and back yard, private balconies facing the street and rear yard. Unit ‘A’ offers three bedrooms and Unit ‘B’ provides four bedrooms.
