Scope: 120000 mixed-use commercial + 800 vehicle subterranean parking.
Status of Completion: Construction Administration
Role: Design Director w/Brearley Architects + Urbanists
The design objectives are to create a dynamic learning spaces void of visual enclosures, to provide lively & flexible corridor's & public spaces that sponsor healthy social interaction, group & individual study, and class gatherings, and provide consistent visual connection to exterior & interior green landscapes.
